The purchaser is entitled to return the goods without provision of reasons in a shrink-wrapped or sealed condition within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Returns must be notified by e-mail. Carriage for the return is paid for by the purchaser. Exchange due to “non-satisfaction” is fundamentally excluded. If no payment has arrived after 7 working days have lapsed, we will cancel the order and the customer will not be supplied by us in the future! Credit cardIn order to protect our customers against card misuse, credit card payments with us are made with the highest level of security precautions. Credit card data are therefore only transferred via our specially secured lines (128 bit, SSL coding). Our system checks credit card validity online. Credit card payments can only be made via our Customer LogIn. The customer must sign in via the Customer LogIn to enjoy the benefits of credit card payment.
For the purposes of discretion, the credit card payment is shown on your credit card statement as NOBLE MEDIA. 10.1.3. Direct debit The direct debit option can only be used by customers if they have placed orders in our online shop at least thrice by advance payment, COD or credit card (debit currently only possible from Germany, Austria under preparation). However, the goods are only supplied following a successful transaction!
If debits cannot be covered due to insufficient funds, costs of 15 EURO will be charged to the customer. Customers who trigger an unfounded direct debit refusal will no longer be supplied by us! 10.1.3.1. Clause for the avoidance of mail order abuse(Only applies for direct debit payment type)
