1. Dispatch type and discretion

All deliveries are packed and supplied in tamper-proof, fully neutral rigid cartons. The sender is Noble Media. The enclosed invoice is also kept neutral. Articles are indicated with the article number only. In addition you can order our Discrete DVD article for just 1.50 € per DVD.
Deliveries to both Germany and Austria are sent by DHL. For all deliveries abroad, dispatch made exclusively by RECORDED DELIVERY.

2. Availability and delivery times

The availability of goods is displayed by the shop system. We only carry out deliveries in full. We generally do not send replacement or alternative articles, unless this is requested explicitly by the customer.

All international deliveries are made via the fastest possible route. Please consult the table for carrier transportation times for international deliveries.

 

2.1. Delivery time for credit card, COD and direct debit payment types

Orders by credit card, COD or direct debit which arrive before 04:00 CET are generally dispatched the same day.

2.1.1. Availability for direct debit payment type

The direct debit payment type is only available once you have ordered from our online shop thrice. However, the goods are only supplied following a successful transaction!

2.2. Delivery time for advance payment

For orders with advance payment, deliveries will only be dispatched after the payment has arrived in our account. Depending on the bank, this can take about 1-5 working days. Should you choose this payment type, please transfer the total amount immediately, as we can no longer guarantee availability after 5 working days have lapsed. You will find our contact details at the checkout and on your order confirmation which is sent to you by e-mail after your purchase.
If no payment has arrived after 7 working days have lapsed, we will cancel the order and the customer will not be supplied by us in the future!

3. Payment types and carriage costs

3.1. Payment types

We offer the following payment types for purchase in our online shop:

• Advance payment by bank transfer
• COD (Cash on Delivery)
  Only available to Austria and Germany
• Direct Debit

• Credit Card
  Here we accept credit cards from the credit card companies VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express
  For the purposes of discretion, the credit card payment is shown on your credit card statement as NOBLE MEDIA.

3.2. Carriage costs

We deliver worldwide to almost all countries. Please clarify in advance for orders not listed in the country selection. Please see the following table for payment options and carriage costs.

 

3.2.1. Free delivery

1. From an order value of 100 € free shipping to Germany and Austria (only on payment by advance payment, credit card and direct debit)
2. From an order value of 200 € free shipping to Austria and Germany (for Cash On Delivery)
3. From an order value of 250 € free shipping to EUROPE

3.2.2. Weight-dependent carriage costs

Carriage costs are based on the weight of the goods delivered. This only applies for Germany and Austria. On average a DVD incl. cover weights approx. 120 g (excluding double DVDs and DVD boxes). Packaging weight comes in addition. Carriage costs are calculated automatically by the shop. You can work out the carriage costs for EUROPE and WORLDWIDE in the table.

Deliveries to both Germany and Austria are sent by DHL. For all deliveries abroad, dispatch made exclusively by RECORDED DELIVERY. All international deliveries are made via the fastest possible route. However, there are better value transport routes, meaning that a delivery to the USA by land or sea can take up to 8 weeks!

4. Legislation

Familiarise yourself with the legislation in your country!

The client is the importer of the goods and undertakes to obey the legislation of the country in which he receives the goods. It is the client’s responsibility to familiarise himself with the legislation and ensure that he can legally import the goods that he has ordered.
The client undertakes in particular to observe the customs regulations of the country in which he receives the goods! Noble Media points out that the importation of certain goods may be restricted by legislation and that the client is responsible for the payment of existing or future taxes, duties, customs duties or processing costs which may be levied or assessed by the appropriate authorities concerning goods purchased on this website. For goods seized by customs, the client releases Noble Media from reimbursement of the purchase price and/or re-delivery of the seized goods.

5. Right to return and making returns

We only sell new goods which are delivered either shrink-wrapped or sealed. The purchaser is entitled to return the goods without provision of reasons in a shrink-wrapped or sealed condition within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Returns must be annouced by e-mail before. Postage for the return is paid for by the purchaser. We would like to point out that insufficient postage (post free) will not be accepted anyway!

Exchange due to "non-satisfaction" is fundamentally excluded. Exchange is likewise fundamentally excluded In the event of missing or defective seals or defective or missing shrink-wrap. DVDs ordered discreetly are fundamentally excluded from exchange (manufacturing defects excepted).
The customer commits to the definitive purchase of the goods by removing or destroying the seal, or removing or destroying the shrink-wrap!

5.1. Returns

It is essential to notify returns via e-mail BEFOREHAND. Otherwise no return can be accepted!
For your return you will receive an RMA number (return number) so that we can process your complaint as quickly as possible. Please indicate your complaint clearly on the outside of your parcel. Together with your RMA number, we will give you a return address where you can send your parcel.

6. Prices and minimum order value

All prices indicated include statutory value added tax. Generally the price at the time of ordering applies.
The minimum order value (excluding carriage) is 30.00 €.

7. Miscellaneous

Orders by advance payment which are not credited to our account within 14 days will be cancelled and the customer will not be supplied by us in future!
Customers who REFUSE TO ACCEPT COD DELIVERIES or do not collect deliveries within the period specified by their post office will be blocked by us immediately!

Ensure you have sufficient funds in your account when paying by direct debit. If debits cannot be covered due to insufficient funds, costs of at least 15.00 € will be charged to the customer.
Customers who trigger a direct debit refusal will no longer be supplied by us!
